Elk STATE.OUT Version Testing

Files: elk_field_tests.tar.xz.

This package contains STATE.OUT and GEOMETRY.OUT files created using different versions of elk for silicon. The contents also include the input file and atomic species file and a critic2 input file for running the tests.
